Service Description

This virtual consult is your chance to meet your future doula BFF (hi, that’s me!), chat all things pregnancy, birth plans, weird cravings, and how I can support you through it all. We’ll hop on a video call (leggings totally acceptable), and talk about: What a birth doula actually does (spoiler: it’s a lot more than back rubs!), your hopes and preferences for labor and delivery, and how I show up for you before, during, and after the big day. Whether you're birthing in a hospital, at home, in full zen mode or hollering “GET THIS BABY OUT,” I’m here for all of it. This consult is a no-pressure, judgment-free zone to see if we're the right fit.
